Our Deciduous trees

Many of our deciduous trees — such as Tilia (lime), Acer (maple), Fagus (beech), Quercus (oak), and Nyssa (tupelo) — impress with their spectacular autumn colours. Others captivate in spring, when they burst into stunning bloom — including Prunus ‘Accolade’, Prunus ‘Yedoensis’, and Prunus ‘Taihaku’ (Japanese cherries), along with a wide variety of other ornamental trees.

In summer, they provide welcoming shade along streets, in parking areas, gardens, and parks. Species with strong crowns and tall growth, such as Liriodendron (tulip tree), are particularly well-suited as freestanding specimens for parks and avenues alike.
