Chionanthus virginicus

In its native habitat, this slow-growing large shrub or small tree reaches a height of 10 m. In our climate, it grows to a maximum of 3–5 (–6) m tall and 3–4 m wide. Stiff, upright, and loosely branched main branches form a broad, bushy, rounded habit.
